most of the girls I've known at college had rather noticable boob changes between 18 and 22, and many beyond that, both due to changes in weight and from what I assume, age.
I don't think she's had implants, she's just a victim of the ups and downs in weight celebrity's cycle through.

Don't mean to hijack, but with Mandy Moore, I REALLY think it's cos she got on the pill. Why you ask? Because I think it was when she was 20 yrs old, she was a few months into a serious relationship at that time (I think it was Andy Roddick?) and then she said 'all of a sudden' her boobs and hips got bigger. Sounds EXACTLY like what happened to me when I got on the pill.

Completely agree to this...growing up and the type of bra you wear totally make a difference. I look a whole lot larger with a few of my bras then others...

I think that's part of it when girls this age suddenly get more boobs. I couldn't figure out why i lost a cup size after my 3rd child. Finally realized it was cause I had gone OFF the pill after having my tubes tied. C to B. Dammit. Lost that cup size I gained when I first went ON them many years ago.

okay here's something putting all you're replies together she could be wearing the right bra, have grown since she is in her 20's now and now married be on the pill to prevent pregnancy which would dramatically change her boobs. is that helpful haha
