Ok, so ..... its been a while but I just came across this photo...
It might be classes as NSFW since it has a bit of naked boob on it.... so go to angelina-jolie-naked-12
after that there are other photos showing her with much bigger boobs (i.e. a whole cup size instead of a -A)

I think they are real (saggy as hell) but with a good bra, you can achieve miracles
Good bra/top:
No bra/bad support (saggy sad ones):
Way underweight - if it weren't for the bra, she'd be playing soccer with them:
No boobs but a great dress to fake big boobs...:
Jolie pregnant - big boobs:
Bikini bod - trapped boobs (flat from an angle but with a "wow boob" effect from the front)
All in all, I don't think she's got fake boobs nowadays, she just knows how to mold them with the right outfit. Otherwise her boobs change with her weight fluctuation. When she was that skinny (see yellow dress) she still had boobs though much smaller- all that tissue doesn't disappear but I bet you she wasn't too desirable without lingerie.
I used to be 36C, then got preggo and massive, my nursing bra was an H cup, then lost the weight, stopped BFing and lost my boobs. I'm a 34 C/D now and with the right bra I look like a busty lady

Hang on a sec: now "fake" breasts mean with an implant in them or a lift? Because in those pics there's no implant and if it was lifted once back in the dark ages she should consider another one, cos they got saggy.
I'm only advocating the "now natural" (she may have had a lift but her breasts got saggy again) because I have a similar pair and I know how to work them with bras. I don't have money for any PS and even if I had I wouldn't do it just yet. At the mo all my collarbones are sticking out, you can count my ribs but my tits are still there.

I'm saying that I am convinced that she has implant. You might disagree, and that is ok too. However you won't convince me that she doesn't have implants.
A lift is a completely different thing to implants. As is a reduction.
