i think natural.
she's had her nose done but the boobs look real. they have a hang to them that looks totally natural. people never think it's possible for skinny chicks to have big boobs but i've known a few and they don't lose them when they lose weight either. one of my best friends is skinny skinny, you can see her chest bones and all, and it's just her natural build, and yet she has these huge boobs.

I don't even really think her boobs are that big. They've always looked pretty average to medium sized in her topless pics.

That's especially true for skinny chicks who have a certain body type: Small hips, with a tendency to develop a little tummy, skinny arms and skinny legs. Which is exactly what Angelina looks like.
