I don't think a pushup bra can do all that. She was practically an A cup, and now looks like a C or D.

She did have a baby. Those don't look fake to me--they look like real, somewhat saggy breast tissue that's been jacked up by an extreme push-up. They look soft and squishy, which is not a bad thing as far as breasts go.

There is a big difference between a shitty costume and a couture dress (with all its internal scaffolding) that "fits" correctly.... I also wonder if she's ut a tiny bit of weight back on?

When "Sex and the City" was originally on TV, I remember being struck by how big her boobs were for such a little, birdlike frame. I think they're real.

Awful Plastic Surgery has been wrong before.
