Since Kate claims she is natural, I thought I'd post these. I'm not usually one to jump to conclusions about what people have or haven't had done, but I think this one's pretty clear.

Could the bump up in size and the stretch marks have occurred after having a child? When are those early photos? Pre or post baby? I'm not saying she didn't have them lifted or inflated. It is highly possible.

Hello! I'm a first time poster but a long time looker. I'd like to say that I'm all natural, about her size too and I have stretch marks like that. Also, I was looking at the 4th pic where she's sideways. If you look closely you can see a cookie/padding under her right breast. (I need to get me some of those!)

Hey there! Welcome.

I wasn't always convinced about hers, but they just look so hard and bolted on. They really aren't much bigger, as you can tell from the nude photos, but they are shaped completely differently than they used to be.

In SVZ's photos, I think in some pics they are being smushed down, and in the others I think they're about the same size, but again... they had a more natural shape. Maybe she got a lift and they made them too tight or something?

You know, now that I look at SVZ's pics I can totally see what you mean. It makes you wonder though. They are about the same size as they used to be, but they're more round and weirdly "shiny". lol You know, if I got something done to my body I'd say it. But if everyone did that we'd have nothing to talk about!

It's so hard to tell, but if her breasts were just being smooshed, etc, why would she have stretch marks if they didn't grow during her pregnancy? I guess I don't fully understand pregnancy

I saw her on leno last night. She was lovely; I love her voice. Anyhooters, she had them covered up. But of course she had implants. Stevie wonder could tell.

They look to sit very high up some days. But I can make mine do that too with the right push up bra on. I do think she had them done though. But she got them small not the huge implants. And I think the stretchmarks are from breastfeeding when your boobs balloon out to gigantic proportions. Maybe the mothers here can attest to that???

Of course she's had them done, they aren't much bigger but they are a completely different shape, the inner parts of her breasts are high and hard and full, where they used to slope down and in and then out again, (like a banana), now the shape is a small melon cut in half. You can see that in her low cut dresses that don't show any padding whatsoever.
