I think she had fabulous natural breasts and they shrunk after pregnancy. My own breasts went down a cup size afterwards, and hers look small and natural in that first pic.
Look at the way she is laying. The rest of her torso is just below the water line.
I'm not definitely sure...I would need more photos, but she really does look like a natural b-cup before pregnancy, and quite possibly post-baby shrunk afterwards. Pregnancy and breastfeeding changes the nature of your breast tissue, so it often can have the effect of looking like you've had an implant removed.

My boobs went from a C to an A after two babies and weight loss to pre-pregnancy weight. Same weight as college, smaller bras! and let me say - I love having smaller boobs!

it's really hard telling. My sister in law was a B with her first pregnancy, C after. C with second pregnancy, D after. she's had four kids and a breast reduction ...
