Maybe people who have serious issues. Surely no one with any sense. It's all about proportion. If you're going to have ridiculous tits like that you at least need an ass/body to match.
If you've got a lean and narrow little boy body all you need is a set of cute perky tits no bigger than a B cup, otherwise you look a tired and porny old bar whore before your time.

Not only did she destroy her naturally beautiful figure, but she is strengthening the idea that natural boobs that disappear into the armpits when lying down are somehow not acceptable.
I can't wait for the backlash on this plastic surgery popularity, when it will be cool to be natural again.

I can understand that she might not like the idea of her boobs sagging because they are naturally big, but honestly... this is too much!
I am sure there are different ways to prevent the sagging, like a lift up or something.

He's a hairdresser from Essex I think.
Her tits in the after picture are appalling but the before picture is misleading. That was taken years ago.
Before she got the surgery they had become empty and incredibly saggy probably due to a temporary weight loss.
