I think she simply got a new set of implants. I think her body rejected the first ones, so she got them taken out, then couldn't handle not getting all of that attention for having big boobs. She realized that getting a new set during the severe weight loss period would be too obvious (because claiming that they're real is part of the thrill for her) and that's the only reason she gained some of the weight back. Once she was back to a normal size, she quietly got a new, more natural (but somewhat smaller) set of implants put in. There's no question about the fact that her old ones were fake, and we don't have any reason to believe that these are real either.

I agree, I have to admit that the new ones confused me, but the ones she had previously were fake for sure, no question about it (for me).
funny that when she lost them, people started saying how unattractive she was, now that she has them back she is again thought to be gorgeaus and stunning. To be honest, I think hair and the weight she gained are just secondary things. I also think she realized that without them, she won't make it...

She had some for a while that were HUGE. No way those suckers were real. I think she had them removed, and now they're just fluctuating with her weight.

There are pics of her with scar tissue from the last boob job. So my take is that the old ones are fake. The current smaller ones are also fake. How can she go from FLAT (from her severe weight loss period) to a nice 34C now in such a short time? Fake fake fake.

i know someone mentioned nosejob...but i really don't think she had one. her little sis, who is, what, eleven? twelve? has the exact same nose.
