Does she, or doesn't she?
I used to think hers were natural and I think up until recently they were. She's lost alot of weight and her boobs are bigger than ever. I reckon she's had implants recently to compensate for the weight loss.

Her boobs could be mostly tissue, in which case the little fat she loses from that area doesn't make a huge difference. That's why some skinny chicks have really big boobs; it's tissue not fat.

i think they are real, of course maybe the plastic surgeon gave her saggy implants.
