Courtney: "What is this about me and plastic surgery? Someone said I had my boobs done. I am so not a fan. Ok, I had something done to my lips but that was it. These boobs are mine. They're real. I will not be having more."

Wait a second. I know she had implants shortly after Kurt died and later had them removed. And didn't her dog die from eating a breast implant? Anybody else remember that story? I really thought she had new implants put in back in 2004 or so.

If you've had implants before, and then had them removed, wouldn't the skin be all stretched and flat like a pancake? Her boobs still look fake to me. And her nose is fake.

I had to look this up to make sure I wasn't out of my gourd. On September 20, 2002, she went on Howard Stern and told a story about how her dog ate a breast implant she left lying out and later died of cardiac arrest.

And, yes, her nose is fake. Watch her in "Sid and Nancy" and you can see her real nose. She also had a ton of work done on her teeth.

There are some more recent nude pics of her posted somewhere floating around on the internet, her boobs like the same size only less "fake looking." Maybe she just had more natural looking implants put in? They look horrid in the pic above.
