So what's the deal with the new, improved Britney? She's dumped 30 pounds of baby weight and 180 pounds of trash. The picture on the right, taken in the Big Apple, makes the singer look larger than life -- at least larger than her former life, before giving birth to Sean Preston. What do you think?

It might be from breastfeeding, but I remember reading a blind item that she couldn't breastfeed because she'd had so many implants put in and out. I wouldn't be surprised if she good big new boobs, a tummy tuck, and some lipo here and there recently because that weight just came off pretty suddenly.

While the world waits to see if Kevin Federline really does have an intimate tape of him and Britney Spears a report from In Touch Weekly claims that Britney Spears has developed a new strategy for her comeback.

The claim - Britney wants a boob job.

"Since the second baby her breasts are really sagging," a family friend dishes to the weekly entertainment magazine. Before they split - she even reportedly told Fed-ex about it and he agreed. Now I guess he'll only see the pictures.

Britney has not been shy about showing off the cleavage since the split. Jennifer Cox noted that last week that Britney Spears hit the ground running and the newly single mom and was being photographed all over Manhattan.

Britney looked great and has even brought out an eye popping post-K-Fed cleavage display as she gears up for life as a single mom. Each top seemed to plunge lower and lower.

She hit all the spots in Gotham and was snapped by photogs and immediately websites get more and more Britney Spears photographs online.

I guess we can expect more as her chatty friend told the magazine:

"She's definitely doing this."

Britney is back in the spotlight and the rumors of her four hour tape and her prenup and court battles again has the one-time pop tart back under the glare of the spotlight.

She's readying her new singing career and now it appears she will follow her old beau Justin Timberlake and 'Bring Sexy Back.'

Like I said in another post, wait a year, if they still look the same, definitely implants. if its from the milk, they should shrink substantially. plus who knows if she's wearing a bra or tape or what to hold those puppies up...if she's going braless i would say definitely implants, or a lift.

Britney wants implants, what a joke. She had them at 17 years old. And I reckon she's had a lift; she had lipo, so why not? Why not go all the way? I'm sure thats something a plastic surgeon would say.

I read that too; i read that Britney was sobbing about not being able to breastfeed, hence regretting her decision to have implants so young. So she's probably not breastfeeding.

I doubt she's breastfeeding too..but her breasts still might be bigger all the same from the pregnancy. However, time will tell.

I really doubt she's breast feeding. Her baby is young enough that, if he were breastfeeding, she really wouldn't be able to go out in a dress like that without some kind of breast pads to absorb any unsightly leaks. I had to wear breast pads for 7 months after having my daughter because my breasts leaked. They also look different that breasts engorged with milk. Breasts engorged with milk tend to by bumpy looking and rock hard. I think she has implants, but they've sagged a bit with her weight going up and down from pregnancies. She'll get a lift before long.

dont know if i could ever breast feed... but its cool you get bigger boobs for a while at least! even though some people might not even need help in that department!

I'm sure she's had implants but I don't know if she's gone bigger. Whatever was done, her boobs look lopsided and odd.

I think the baby one more time video and the Sometimes video that came not long after is proof that Britney had implants. Her publicist said at the time that Britney would be absent for a few weeks because of a knee injury; but it was due to the fact she had undergone a breast enlargement.
