If she had a lift, she wouldn't be able to wear such revealing tops as pictured because the scars would clearly show. I had a reduction and lift, and my scars are still very visible a year later. I'm guessing she had implants, since she has no scars that I can see.

^^That's not true. You can have a lift that will only leave a scar around your nipple and a line from the nipple to the crease without leaving a scar in the crease in the classic anchor pattern. That would be much easier to hide.

The vertical method often results in poorly shaped cone like breasts. Her breasts look too round to have been lifted in that matter. I've seen hundreds of pictures of the vertical method on a private board, and very few look round. I'm sure it's possible that she went to a very talented surgeon, but they look too round for me to think that there's still natural tissue inside them.
