About the "tsunami scar"- Petra was in Indonesia for a photoshoot when the tsunami hit. She only survived by climbing a tree, but her boyfriend was killed.

Well ive seen pictures where they have that round unnatural look, so i'm convinced they're fake.

It's ribs. She has her skeleton hanging out.
They almost never use that type of incision anymore.

push up bras and inserts can make real breasts look rounder and higher, in that pic her breasts have a natural slope and shape.

That incision? I've never heard of an incision where they cut on the sides of the breast, underneath yes, but not on the sides.

there isnt even any visible scarring in that picture, its just the way her natural breasts fall. I definately think that in that specific picture she does not have implants.

and you are right, there is no "side of the breast incision" only in the crease of the breast, the areola, the transax (armpit) and the tuba (bellybutton) incision.

^Well, I did a Google picture search on her after my last post and couldn't find anything that looked fake about her breasts.

She is pretty thin, so I think if they were fake, they wouldn't look like that at all, more like Posh's.

Thin and/or petite women can have larger breasts. I never understood the arguement that just because a woman is small framed with large breasts, then they must be fake.

I agree, and besides, her breasts arent that large just as all breast implants dont look fake. A woman can choose to have a more natural looking augmentation and if she has a surgeon who takes into account the limitations of her anatomy, then results can be very nice and natural looking which is why its "hard to tell" with some people and why people speculate, I guess.
