Natural Breast Enlargement?

I thought this would be an interesting topic. Have any of you ever tried supplements or other forms of natural breast augmentation? Did it work and did you get any results? Check out these sites:

Like I mentioned, I did try it (and am still doing it) with success. I don't recommend those breast enlargement pills that are specifically made by companies for that purpose. They usually contain too little of any one ingredient to be effective, and one pill isnt going to work for everyone. People have more success with individual herbs. Here's a few links with people who are trying this.

Are you really serious? I don't know what your body fat percentage is or how physically fit you are, but you can reduce your size by losing weight (unless you're already skinny, in which case forget it) and/or reducing your body fat %. Lowering your % takes a great deal of work, mainly aerobic exercise. Weight training also helps. I've lost one cup size since beoming super fit, C to B, only I didn't want to.

The following links are interesting. Some of the exercises mentioned on the second site are the ones I now always avoid like the plague, since I've noticed undesirable effects from them in the past (smaller boobs).

I'm actually in the process of losing weight and shaping up now, but to be honest I don't have that far to go. I'm out of shape for me, but most people don't see it. That sounds cocky, but I just want to give you a clear picture, lol. So I can expect to lose maybe a cup size, but not much more (I've been at my "goal shape" before).

I'd honestly love to have smaller breasts. I realize that the grass is always greener though. I just don't want my boobs to be so immediately noticeable, I'd like to be able to wear tank tops and baby tees without looking like I'm trying to show them off, and button down shirts that don't gap across the chest. Plus the comfort thing - I enjoy being athletic and they can be uncomfortable. And if they go up much more when I have kids - ugh.

I tried Isis a long time ago. It was herbs that you took everyday, like a shit load of them, and creams. I would notice my breasts starting to get larger, then small again, so I thought it might be working and I just needed to keep using it for the 6 months. The only problem was after 3 months you couldn't get your money back, and it was after 3 months that I realized my boobs just got bigger that time of the month.
So no, it didn't work.

I visited each page and there are numerous methods. Which method are you using?

Thanks for the tip! But I don't need any enhancers any more, I used socks before I 'sprouted' now I'm a size 8 with a 32 back and D cup! I've been asked if I've had implants before because my boobs don't look naturally in proportion in comparison to my small frame
