Amy Winehouse’s reported spell under the surgeon’s knife have fallen somewhat flat.
The star is said to have undergone a breast enhancement last week at a top Harley Street clinic in preparation for her appearance tonight on BBC show Strictly Come Dancing.
However, there appeared to be no noticeable difference to her chest when the soul singer was spotted leaving the clinic this morning.

Amy, 26, looked slim and relaxed as she left with 13-year-old god-daughter Dionne Bromfield, a budding singer in her own right who is signed to the star’s record label and was due to perform with her tonight.
The North London star apparently checked into the clinic, famed for performing cosmetic procedures, at the beginning of last week before allegedly having the operation on Wednesday.
But as the recovery time from such an operation is usually two weeks, it seems unlikely she would have opted to have it done just before her appearance on tonight's show.
When she emerged on the music scene in 2003, Winehouse was known for her voluptuous curves, but years of turmoil and drug-taking took their toll on the star and have left her worryingly thin.

The new pictures may simply show that the singer is on her way back to health, rather than be proof she underwent cosmetic surgery.
Winehouse's management declined to confirm, deny or comment on the reports, saying simply 'Amy will be doing her stuff' on the show tonight.'
Tonight will be Dionne's first television appearance since signing to and recording music for her godmother's record label Lioness.
She will perform her first song 'Mama said' from her debut album Introducing... on the BBC1 show. Winehouse has previously said the teenager is better than she was at the same age.

And her fans will be hoping the performance is a runaway success for the star and her protege after the difficult year the former has suffered.
In addition to her addictions, Winehouse went through a divorce with former husband and fellow addict Blake Fielder-Civil.
The 27-year-old was released from prison in February after serving six months for assualt and trial fixing. He is now in a Sheffield rehab facility and facing a paternity test following claims by a fellow patient he is the father of her child.
