It looks like a really big scar but yea it might just be a tape or something... I think surgeons usually make boob job scars more discrete.

Yeah, no way in hell would a plastic surgeon leave a scar that huge, but people with more melanin in their skin are more prone to keloid scarring.
Tara Reid's was noticeable because it was still healing.
