Why do articles like this only pick out the most obvious and poorly done boob jobs to highlight as examples?

Jenny McCarthy's were actually very good and to tell the truth, so were Ana Nicole's (the original ones from her Playmate of the Year/Guess days...they fit her large frame). Dita's are excellent,too. I've known women with great boob jobs and awful boob jobs. The bad ones almost exclusively were on too thin women who were meant to naturally be A cups but who insisted on D cups and their bodies didn't have enough fat to conceal the implant. Another thing: you never really know if your body will accept a foreign object until you try. Some people's bodies just do not want those things in there while others just take to it without issue.

Actually, Dita was in the slide show. I just looked at it. These are only a few of the people shown. Carmen was also listed, as were a couple of other women with nice boobs.
