It's still a face lift, and it does involve cutting and tightening things up, but part of the surgery is to have volume restored at the same time, via fat grafting, so that things don't look stretched and taut and unnatural.

Regardless of what she's had done specifically, whatever surgeon she's relying on obviously has tried to add volume. Too much, gauging by those hideous cheeks.

I think she had some PS stuff done and liked it, but still wanted more, and that was her downfall--not knowing when to stop.

My 'sources' tell me that she had a facelift with Baker some years ago.

The cheekbones are implants but there is much talk of her having fat grafting recently too....although where they harvested the fat remains somewhat of a mystery, to me anyway.

That plastic surgery article was interesting. That doctor Obagi makes products which my friend used prior to her face lift. Something about pineapple enzymes that help the surgery heal faster.

After everything Madonna has done - and will do - she never got her crappy teeth fixed.

It's all topical. She used the product line for about one month prior to the face lift and then afterwards.
