I think it's safe to assume that women in showbiz over 30 have had botox done. If not regularly, then for special occasions when they have to look good. If they didn't, they'd look old and baggy against those that have had
"it" done. There is no such thing as aging gracefully in celebland anymore.

I'd say Noami is off the botox judging by the Oscars pics and the fact that she's now pregnant as verified by Liev on a talk show yesterday.

naomi watts is never on botox so far as she told allure magazine ("i'm botox-free") in january 2007. she's a natural beauty and her forehead has a natural shine which makes her look radiant on every occasion.

In recent months, it has been suggested that Nicole Kidman underwent a breast augmentation. While some have dismissed it as weight gain, Kidman's appearance tonight at the Oscars as a presenter reignited the rumor that Nicole had breast implants, albeit small ones. Making a scintillitating entrance in a drop-dead gorgeous red dress, Nicole's somewhat bustier appearance lead us to suspect that she might very likely had a breast augmentation in the recent past. Being that Nicole's previous red carpet appearances showed a rather "boyish" flat chest, her recent appearances in more busty dresses indicate that a breast augmentation might be in the mix. "She appears to have possibly had a breast augmentation. Her breasts remain in proportion to her figure though, and if done, appears to have been a very nice job," said fellow Make Me Heal Oscars Coverage member plastic surgeon Anthony Youn.

Nicole has lamented about her flat chest before, saying "I've wanted curves my whole life," and suggested that if she were to become pregnant, her boobs would grow. "If I had my own baby, I would have bigger boobs." In December 2005, Nicole admitted to not liking to show off her cleavage and that she didn't have big boobs. "I'm not big on a lot of cleavage - not that I have a lot of cleavage," Nicole said to Grazia magazine.

In addition to showing more voluminous breasts tonight at Oscars, it appears that Nicole also had a lip augmentation before the event by way of an injectable such as Restylane or Juvederm. "Her lips look large and puffed up, causing her mouth to not move completely naturally," says plastic surgeon Dr. Youn. "When she is compared to her BFF [best female friend] Naomi Watts, one can see the difference between artificially-enhanced beauty and natural beauty."

Moving on to the rest of Kidman's anatomy, it is widely known that she had a rhinoplasty (Kidman's rhinoplasty was profiled in a separate article). In the photos, one can see that her nose is more defined, the tip is retracted and shorter, and the nostrils are smaller.

Kidman is also known for her regular, if not abuse, of Botox. Kidman's repeated use of Botox has given her a "Botox brow" which leads to an excessively arched eyebrow which can make the person look angry. Tonight's Oscar apperance was no exception, as Nicole appears to have basked in a Botox pool which contributes to the unnatural lack of expression on her wrinkle-free porcelaine skin.

With regards to Nicole's somewhat "cat eye" look, Dr. Youn related that "She has arguably had a canthopexy, which is a procedure that causes the corners of the eyes to be angled upward, giving more of a "cat-eye" look. The main change in her face, however, is the botox which causes a classic "Botox brow."

And that's a wrap about Nicole's anatomy. With or without cosmetic intervention, she is still one of Hollywood's most glamorous and beautiful women with talent to boot.

I believe that this recent change is due to what I call the "Botox Brow." Botox can be injected into the forehead and between the eyebrows to remove wrinkles there. While it is very effective in doing this, it can create a side effect of an overly arched eyebrow which can make the person look angry, or sinister. The look does seem to diminish with time. I think she looks better without the Botox.

The effect of Botox also depends on the amount and how often you do it, I would assume. It doesn't always mean that your face gets completely Kidmanized and you can't move anything at all. Which means she might have had Botox in those pics, but she is still capable of a little bit of a tiny frown. Because let's face it, it ain't that big a frown is it. It proves nothing. And I am referring to the interview pics posted, with the mintue difference between them, not the Oscar pics, which were indeed botox-free due to pregnancy, apparently.

The whole thread is so pathetic. Of all celebrities, she's probably the least obsessed with botox or her looks. She often goes out without any makeup at all, which is rare in this industry. I read that she doesn't like to use powder either, which probably accounts for her shiny forehead. She has plenty of lines around her eyes and some on her forehead. Just come out and admit you can't stand her. That I can understand but trying to prove she uses botox or had any PS sounds borderline psychotic. She has the same face she's always had.

Hey, I love Naomi. You aint the only one! But she looked very aged in King Kong and a friend that I saw it with also said she's looking old and wrinkled.
She's been looking a lot fresher since K/K and less wrinkle free. So she has been using Botox even if it is only a few times recently. I'm glad that she won't be using again now that she's pregnant because personally, I love the fact that she loved her wrinkles and was determined for a little while to stay natural. She caved into pressure. Hopefully, she won't again. We really need natural un-botoxed beauties in Hollywood to show what real aging looks like. Katherine Hepburn was beautiful all her life as were Sophia Loren etc without the aid of botox. So it can be done.

BTW steandric I love your passion for our Naomi. She is lovely. But blind obsession is unhealthy.

Sophia looked pretty natural until her 50s when she started to look like she had the Pull done.
Hollywood glamour girls got plastic surgery a LOT later than the ones of today.

Naomi Watts has ruled out having plastic surgery.

The ‘Eastern Promises’ actress – who is expecting her second child with partner Liev Schreiber – hates the idea of going under the knife to preserve her looks, and wants to follow in the footsteps of other actresses who have resisted surgery.

She said: “I hope to grow older gracefully. Meryl Streep is a real example of how to age beautifully – her features are still like those of her younger self.”

Naomi also revealed she never wears make-up unless she is filming or appearing in a photoshoot, because she has never learnt how to apply it properly herself. She added: “In my everyday life, I don’t wear make-up because I can’t apply it! And the same goes for my hair – it’s always just in a ponytail.”

The 39-year-old actress admitted she is amazed by the power of the female body, since giving birth to her one-year-old son Alexander.

She said: “Oh my God – I’m appreciating my body 100 per cent more now! I’m really astounded at what the female anatomy can endure.”
