I've had botox several times for frown lines, never bruised, but I'm not saying you couldn't. Like this is all she had done, who is she kidding??? Fake nose (several times), fake boobs, fake ass, etc etc. Her face looks totally different each time we see it. I'm ashamed to say I started watching the Kardashian show since I was on my own for a bit and comparing the 2008 shows to the current ones, every single one of them has a different nose and or face except the two youngest girls. My guess is they'll be next.
Kim is pretty without all that make up.
But why does a 29 yr old need botox. She needs to stop playing with her face.

The most annoying thing about this ho is that she keeps on insisting that she is all natural! BITCH PLEASE!!!! The only reason she can say that with a straight face is because her face can't move from all that plastic and botox she's had injected!!!
I never realised that her lips look thinner now. Maybe it's the make up? lol
Her face does look different due to PS, make up and weight lost.
