Well at least she didn't try to run the "sunscreen" one by us. 
I've seen close ups of Madge and she does look pretty wrinkled so I don't think she's had too much done until now.
She was just starting to look overly haggard. IMO.
I think it's wise that she's had a facelift considering she's just signed a 10 year contract with LiveNation and has to stay relevant in the fickle world of pop until she's 60.

^^Exactly, Aries. It is SO OBVIOUS she has had major work done. I remember a few years ago she was looking quite wrinkly & harsh (normal though for someone in their mid-to-late-40s). Then all of a sudden, she supposedly has a "horse-riding accident" and so is out of sight for a while...Then comes out, "healed", just at the time she was making a comeback with that album with the song "Hung Up" on it--LOOKING ABOUT 15 YEARS YOUNGER--suddenly, miraculously wrinkle-free, with her eyes looking lifted, and other MAJOR changes to her skin/face. (Gee, remind me in 20 years to have a "horse-riding accident"--they seem to do wonders!  ) I just have to repeat what you said: Does she think we are all fucking stupid?? Horse-riding accident my ass. Bitch had some MAJOR work done at that time, and this is i'm sure a regular "maintenance" appointment that she was caught in the act leaving from.

^^Yes! And that particular shade of blonde is AWFUL. It is a gross, super-fake, washed-out, ugly yellow shade of dyed blonde. You'd think if she were gonna be a blonde, that she'd at least have a pretty shade of golden blonde....AND keep her roots dyed.

She had her eyes done, but not a major lift (she had that two years ago, I believe). I hate the cheek bone enhancement (either silicone or injections of some sort, but def something) as it only serves to make the hollows of her cheeks look so much worse, causing the face to look like a marionette puppet. Cheek implants and trout lips NEVER improve an aging person's looks, in my humble opinion.
She wanted to look better? EAT SOME DAMN FOOD! That's really all she needed to do.
