I'm quite certain she's had a forehead lift and maybe and upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelids work) too

She definitely got the upper eyelid work (blepharoplasty) because her eyes were more almond-shaped before and now they're a LOT rounder, like she's permanently surprised. Those drag-queen over-arched eyebrows contribute to that perma-surprised look too. That mouth probably catches flies, it's open so much.
