What is it about Botox that makes their foreheads shiny? And don't they know about the wonders of face powder?
I think she's actually kind of pretty... or would be if she didn't have that vaguely alien look about her. But god, woman... powder!

Seriously though, is there a medical reason for the shiny forehead? Does it freeze the oil glands in OPEN position or something?

I think she just doesn't wear much powder - everybody's going for that "glowing" look nowadays. She may very well habitually wear some kind of shimmery highlighter (there's definitely some of that on her cheekbones, and make-up artists sometimes dab a little highlighter on the forehead as well) or a slightly shimmery, light-reflecting foundation.
I think she looks great, but she must have been using botox and it's a pity. Some actual facial expressions - with the forehead involved - would only have made her more attractive, I think.

Botox is made of snake venom or like the synthetic version of it, right? When my granpa was bitten by a poisonous snake in the arm, his skin around the wound was all puffy and shiny like that.

Botox is made from a bacteria that causes Botulism, but it (supposedly) safe.

Her entire face gives me the creeps. It's like a porcelain mask.

She's always reminded me of an American Nicole Kidman --
the striking redhead who radiates so little warmth you could
freeze your drink beside her.

botox is made from a bacteria (or a mold spore i forget) that lives in soil. there's a few types, a, b, c, d, etc. i think they use a for the injections..
