Supermodels Disagree Over Botox

Supermodels LINDA EVANGELISTA and CHRISTY TURLINGTON are at odds over Botox in the new issue of style magazine Vogue.
Pregnant Evangelista, who models designer coats in the August 2006 Vogue, is a big fan of the controversial wrinkle-erasing injections, while Turlington insists she'll never try Botox.
Speaking about the ageing process, 41-year-old Evangelista admits it's tough being her, adding, "It's a lot of upkeep."
She says, "I'm pro-cosmetic procedure. I use Botox and I'm not afraid to say it, though I do like to keep some movement in my face.
"I do Thermage, a treatment to stimulate your collagen... For me, it's just for enhancement, like hair colour or make-up or any other tricks you can do to make yourself feel better."
Evangelista admits she's Botox-free at the moment, because she's pregnant.
Turlington, 37, on the other hand, is not a fan of Botox, insisting she'll never agree to have her face injected.
She says, "I'm not afraid of aging. I would absolutely not do Botox. It actually makes me feel happier about my face when I look at people my age... who've had it done."

they both look good but neither will ever be as hot as cindy crawford to me. i'm pro-botox. i agree, i would like to see christy up close. her face looked a bit wonky in the versace ads she did last year.

Turlington may change her tune when her face starts drooping some more - let's hear what she has to say in a few years.
I agree the whole idea of Botox is off-putting, though.

Linda Evangelista should know that Thermage has had disastrous results for many people, it burned the fat below the skin and left them looking older and lumpy

It's a form of laser supposed to tighten the skin - I've seen the bad results published on a plastic surgeon website - there are surgeons/patients groups that are trying to get it out of the market
