Maybe a nose job, otherwise it's the eyeliner for her eyes.

I think it's different makeup, and the hairstyle making her look so changed. She has a great body, but I think the older she gets, the weirder her face gets. She's just not pretty to me anymore.

New stylist, plus Restylane in the nasolabials and a little Botox for the eyebrow flare--that's my guess. She looks amazing in that little dress and super-high heels.
