Just now re-reading The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. Found it when I was cleaning out boxes that were stuffed in a closet and forgot how much I liked it. Just got done reading a couple poker books and am waiting for my three others to be delivered.

I just finished Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I actually wasn't that impressed, I somehow expected to like it a lot more. Parts of it reminded me a little bit of The Naked Lunch, quite messy, but given the subject matter this comes as no suprise. Still I'm a bit disappointed.

Just read a book called three junes - julia glass. Wasn't really impressed, too many deaths. The next book I'm going to start reading is machiavelli: a man misunderstood - micheal white.

Just finished teh second book by the Devil Wears Prada author--bought it at the airport and wish I hadn't. It was amazingly crappy and I actually threw it away when I finished because it was yet another 'writer' who sucks the intelligence out of you.

"A Thousand Splendid Suns" by Khaled Hosseini.
Amazon.com: A Thousand Splendid Suns: Books: Khaled Hosseini

I also recommend his first book, "The Kite Runner."

I'm reading Agatha Raisin and the Haunted House by M.C. Beaton.

If you like British cozy mysteries this series is quite good.
