I liked Post Mortem, I like her books, some of them are awesome, some not so awesome.
I just finished with The Devil Wears Prada, I really enjoyed it. Almost finished The Liveship Traders by Robin Hobb. I'm not too sure about it, I loooooved her other works about Fitz, but these are just a bit too different. I'm loving hearing about the Rain Wild Traders, and I'm also having a smile about the fact that Amber is Fitz's fool, and yet is such a convincing woman.

Hope you enjoy Mary, Mary. I read it over Christmas and loved it but then again I am a big James Patterson fan

^^ That's a good one. All of her books are very similar though. I liked Little Earthquakes too.
I've made it past two chapters of Wicked so far and I've been trying to get through it for 3 weeks.

Her early books are pretty good. The more recent ones are absolute crap with weak plots, too much padding, predictable 'twists', same old same old. Unreadable. Ditto Kathy Reichs.
I just read "The Shadow Of The Wind" by Carlos Ruiz Zorfa. It's set in Barcelona and is a kinda gothic mystery/romance/crime story. Not my usual thing at all but it's my book club choice so I had to read it. I wasn't expecting to like it, but it was a real 'page turner' and beautifully written.

I finished Gone w/the Wind this past weekend and finished Fight Club today. Not sure what's next. I have Scarlett, some other Chuck Palahniuk, and some Christopher Moore that my sister recommended.

Well done for ploughing through GWTW! I find it very hard to read a book when I've already seen the movie. It kinda spoils the ending! My husband is one of those infuriating people who read the last page of a book before he decides whether it's worth reading or not. WTF?

A friend lent me the first Harry Potter and I'm contemplating reading it.
I've never read any of them or been particularly interested, but she loves these things. Says she starts back over at the first book and reads them all just before a new book comes out. I'm going to give it a try and see what the big deal is.
And I Can't. Stop. Ending. Sentences. With. Prepositions.
