I was more annoyed with her after she changed. Why was she some perfect vampire - able to resist everything?? Give me a break, it was too tidy.

Because she was rubbish at everything else, it was nice for her to find something she excelled at!

    Best Breaking Dawn-inspired gif ever:

    Word.

One of my workmates keeps asking me about it, because she knows I love/loathe it. Her sports team mates are going on about it, and I have to keep pointing out "Read it - just don't buy into it! Read it with a postmodernist view point, and you'll be safe. Laugh a lot!!"

I'm a total nerd. I loved three of the books, New Moon was my least favorite. I liked the beginning and the end...that was it. I love Bella....don't know why, but I do.

I worked in a middle school library and all the girls were SO into this series that I had to read Twilight to see what the fuss was about. Stephenie Meyer is a terrible writer. The dialog sucks. It reminded me of the horrid dialogue in "Titanic" -- "oh Jack...oh Rose...oh Jack...oh Rose" I hated Bella's character. I couldn't read the rest of the series because I heard that if you hated her in the first one you wouldn't be able to get through New Moon.

Their push-pull getting into a relationship was so annoying. It wasn't compelling, I didn't feel like they had this immediate, intense connection and were fighting their feelings. They were both totally annoying. I watched the movie this weekend and had the same feeling. I can't believe some middle aged women like myself are in love with Edward and totally swept up in this. I didn't find it romantic at all.

    I love you!!!

    And agree 100 HUNDRED percent!

I only got through the first two...(only reason I read New Moon was because it was a Christmas gift and my curiosity got to me) and it was TORTUROUS.

Bella's a stupid, co-dependent, psychotic, obsessive and selfish cunt!

    YES, I went there!

Edward's just as bad, and just as annoying.

I'm serious, if Bella were REAL I'd kick her so hard in the vagina to save humanity the trouble from having another female like her running around!!!

It was really frustrating, I read the books, like you to see what all the fuss was about...okay, talk about literature?

I read the entire book in like four-five hours.

    It was awful.

It pisses me off that Stephanie Meyer is filthy, stinkin' rich off of these shitty books when REAL authors with REAL writing potential can't even get their books published!

Also, it sucked because my best friend really enjoyed the books- and she's not even a twitard!

We've had countless arguments over the books, me on the opposing end trying to convince her how ridiculous and amateur they are and her defending them!

Bah, Bella is an insult to all women, imho.

And yes, I've seen the movie because my best friend dragged me to it.

It's hilarious how it's genre is 'drama' yeah, okay...

    It should be a comedy.

However, the only thing I did enjoy was all of the eye candy.

If I ever saw Stephanie Meyer the first thing I'd ask her is if she sold her soul to Satan.

Then I'd probably ask her if she's proud of herself for brainwashing our young generation with her sick fantasies of obsession, co-dependency, unhealthy relationships AND setting women back about one hundred years just to get rich off of something that she thinks she has talent for even though she is horrible at it, oh and add that her biggest critics and people to please are the tween/teen demographic.

Of course, she wouldn't care what I had to say, but I'd still say it. She's a filthy rich bitch and I'm not.

I'd still say my piece though if I got the chance!

The brain doesn't need blood. It just needs to be kept wet.

Somebody once called the books 'abstinence porn'. It makes sense.

Oh, and here's more hilarious picture thingies.
