Default Anyone remember Where's Wally Books?

I am babysitting my neighbours kids while the parents are out grocery shopping and the little boy has bought over some cute little Where's Wally books?

I have been getting frustrated that I can't find that dog tail? I find that to be the hardest!

Did anyone else love trying to find wally?

According to Wikipedia, Where's Wally and Where's Waldo are the same, it's only Where's Waldo in US/Canada.

Love these books - they kept my kids quiet for HOURS on long trips. I'd reward each 'find' with another Vicodin each.

This particular book the kids had was supposed to come with a magnifying lens but they lost it. So the book was hurting my eyes as it was so tiny!

I'm almost too scared to ask but isn't vicodin a drug?

Yes - it's a drug and it's highly addictive and no I don't give my kids drugs and yes I was joking. Sheesh.

He's called Wally in Japanese publication, too.

I had one book when it was popular. I thought it would be bad for my vision though, like it would make you near-sighted.

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

Every time I glance at the title of this thread I think "who the heck is Wally Books"
