'Injured' reader sues James Frey for 10 million

Frey, who probably still has his money, might handle this one of
two ways --
1. Just move his money to the Channel Islands or the Caymans
and take up citizenship elsewhere (e.g. the U.K.); or
2. Countersue and force the issue. Put a big $100,000 retainer on
a top-notch lawyer and they can drag out the issue for months
before it ever comes before a judge. When Ms. Nuisance Lawsuit
has to take out a second mortgage to continue with this bogus suit,
she'll think twice.
