Jonathan Rhys Meyers
Camilla Belle dated Robert Pattinson and is now dating Joe Jonas. She's just been cast as Mary, Mother of Christ in the film of the same name. Jonathan Rhys Meyers is playing both Gabriel and Lucifer in that, and he supposedly just got engaged to his on and off again girlfriend Reena Hammer.
So that's my guess.

Yeah i think Jonathan too. I read somewhere a while back that he was living with his boyfriend a few years back and when he started getting famous, had to move out. Since he's now got a Hollywood career I can see his advisors telling him to stay well in the closet

I don't think this can be JRM. His girlfriend isn't an actress and was never his co-star. I really think this has to be Hayden and Rachel. They "hooked up" (ie. became best girlfriends and went shopping together) while making that movie I couldn't be bothered seeing.

Second guess. Jared Padalecki. A lot of the clues fit him as well and after Friday the 13th, his career is higher than its ever been.
