I would guess at one point he was on them, at his thickest, but laid off them. He should also run from spray tan. His natural color is fine. The pumpkin complexion is disgusting.

Okay I have been lurking in this thread for awhile and I wanted to join in on the speculations and gossip.

I too feel that Jared's looks have become "Hollywood" the the past year. I have been watching Supernatural since the first episode and I thought he was so cute in an unassuming way the first two seasons and then something began to change around the middle of season three. I though he looked plastic and fake at the premiere of Friday the 13th, and this happened to be when he showcased his new relationship with that girl from the show.
In regards to the original blind item I did not want to believe it was Jensen and Jared because this Judas is clearly an ass who does not give a fig for his boy. I couldn't see Jared being that way. I have seen videos and pictures of the two together and Jensen used to look at Jared like the sun rose and set on him and for him to play with his emotions like that; not cool "can you tell I am a Jensen girl" Anyways, maybe it was the "roids" that caused Jared to be such a dick if this blind is in fact about them.

Roids can cause rage and knobbish tendencies. Maybe all men secretly take them?

And I COMPLETELY agree with everyone about how he has slowly morphed from a non-threatening attractive guy (you know, one your boyfriend wouldn't mind you having a crush on) to some sort of blow-up ('pumped up' reference made me think of this too, as well as his relationship) stereotypical heartthrob.

Where was it when he had such an awful spray tan he was literally glowing orange? Maybe the Scream awards or something, the lovely Jeffrey Dean Morgan was there too. I've heard Jared is insecure about his facial moles (which are ADORABLE, let's be honest!) too, and I'm surprised he hasn't had tooth veneers because, though I love his teeth, in H'wood I could see them being viewed as 'flawed'. He is not even naturally olive-skinned. In Supernatural Season 1 he has an average light skin tone.

I don't know what would have happened to him in the past two years to make him think that he had to change anything about himself. He has always been such a physically gorgeous person, I've thought so since Gilmore Girls (though thank god he sorted out his hair). It makes me sad to think someone I think so highly of would view themselves as 'not good enough'. Flaws make people beautiful, it's a cliche but it's true - imagine Jensen with a completely straight nose, he'd lose half of his beauty despite being technically 'better looking'.

I'm blabbing again! And yes, the worst thing about this being Jared is not the fact he is gay or bisexual, but that he sounds like a complete plonker. It's in complete juxtaposition against every single story I've heard about him, not heard a bad word from people who've met him. Yes, he's an actor, but still. Maybe a better one than I give him credit for

Scream Awards! Jared what the hell were you thinking?! Imagine the flash probably actually made his orange-ness appear lighter than it was in person - scary!

Those sideburns! UGH! His makeup shade is "Liver Failure Light". The orange glow makes his eyes pop though.

He has never got rid of those sideburns, he must have been proud to have managed to grow them all those years ago

He is pouting in the pic from the Scream awards, to be fair to him. And aww, I love that little smile he does. This thread is actually making me quite sad to see how much he has changed!

And do you reckon he knew he was bright orange? I wouldn't have left the house until I'd exfoliated about seven layers of skin away...

I don't know anything about the process(es) people are using to get that sexy skin tone. Is it gradual, so maybe they don't perceive just how inhuman they appear? Or is it done quickly, possibly changing as it settles, so in a few hours time, the person goes from a more natural sunk-kissed colour, to oven abused by the time they are on the red carpet?

His older pics show a laid back guy. Now, he screams douche to me.

When/where did it all go wrong? At what point would you say he changed? Though I must say some recent photos do show 'old' Jared, if that makes sense. The look on his face.
