Even though it says it's not Tilda Swinton, some of the tid bits fit her. Although, Penny is a dead ringer on this one.

First person that came to me was Kidman. Everything seems to fit with the clues - Bewitched play on words, and all the previous rumours about the way she conducts her affairs. She did used to have lovely hair until she ruined it with all the bleach. And she is a botox queen. I don't think Penelope is a botox junkie, certainly she doesn't look like she does it so it rules her out. The only thing that it doesn't say it that she's married and preggers, but I think that would be giving it away too much. I reckon Naomi Watts was definitely an old girlfriend, and both of them are currently residing in Sydney at the moment whilst it's summer there. They could be hooking up again?

The part that doesn't seem to fit Kidman is that her current man is womanizer and would bed any femme...I've never heard that about him, in fact I thought there were gay rumors about him.

That why Penelope seems like a good guess to me. I think Ted wanted it to look like Kidman, but much of it fits Cruz as well, who, not so coincidentally was with Cruise also. A lot of people were suspicious about her relationship with Matthew McConaughey. And bi/gay rumors have followed Penelope for years.
I don't know about "cosmetic procedures" but Penelope is a L'Oreal spokesmodel so she does have a cosmetics link also.
Whoever it is, I don't know if I really believe it the way Ted wrote it. I can't put my finger on it, but something is kind of over the top in his tale.

I thought it was Nicole the moment I read it. Maybe that's why she's now looking for a house next to Naomi and actually asked Naomi's neighbors if they were selling.

Weren't there rumors about him sleeping with strippers, and one of the tabloids had a bunch of photos of a stripper on his lap or something like that? I think this was around the time they got married. The rumors stopped after he went to rehab.
