Dear Blinders,
We put a great deal of time and effort into writing our original blind items. They may not always be shocking and salacious, but they are authentic and accurate. Even in the world of celebrity gossip, we think it is important to exercise some integrity in discussing real people and their behavior.
Another blogger chose a different path, and, as a result, we need to take action.
You may have noticed that recent items from “Enty” (short for “Entertainment Lawyer”) at CDAN were getting longer, more detailed, and much more shocking. Big-name celebrities were dragged into the discussion, and wild accusations about disgusting acts (r*ape, m*rder, beatings, p*dophilia) were made. Not surprisingly, their website traffic shot up, and the mainstream press started discussing their items.
Following a detailed interview with Enty himself, a skeptical New York Post reporter conducted an independent and thorough investigation of Enty and CDAN.

Some of the original group of posters are part of the ghost writing team being used and they also drive the comments on the web site. Jackie M basically runs Enty' facebook page Enty Lawyer | Facebook .

They are not that good, they can be traced all over the place on the net.

What disturbs me is the obsession with the rape pedo and murder.

I mean if true, who Posts blinds about it and gossips instead of calling them out or doing something more productive.

He seems like a lonely old man who makes bull up and will post anything some crackpot sends him and has his fan boys pose in comments.

I haven't been able to keep up with this guys. So what's the general concensus on CDAN? According to that NY Post article, he really is an attorney in LA, but all the other stuff doesn't pan out.

Legit? And was Himmm really RDJ?

Wow, Amazing work!! I know im a few weeks behind on this whole story, and IMO, the "mystery" is solved. Great sleuthing on this thread!!

Final take: this is def. Tally, so much evidence of that on these very pages, he seems to be a "jack of all trades, master of none". And many of his posts seem to be pain medication fueled rants. If indeed anyone else was associated with the himmmm acct, it was prob. Tallys wife and Brian from 3doors down, however I feel like it was prob. all Tally.

My guess after following the myriad of links is that in 2006, after his career stall, he tried to start up the ISO (cant remember the exact initials) grp. to influence public opinion on certain issues, it was something he could do from the comfort of his home, and the arrogance in his tone suggests that he really thinks he can come off as several different posters. This may have led "enty" to his services, or vice versa.

The man clearly has an internet addiction, with multiple accts/names. But he isn't even clever enough to cover those tracks, by deleting the posts which completly unveiled him. He feels the need to exagerate his own impotance by referencing his connections to Nascar, Hollywood, etc. But it obv. that he only has mild knowledge, and is adept at googling. Sad really!! He has the same MO as several other internet trolls ive seen in the past that try desperately to "prove" there validity with things like photoshoped pics, and "phone numbers". The real deal, would never bother trying to convince us in that way.

I think he prob. pulled the wool over "entys" eyes aswell, but that relationship seems to have turned ugly, they are both squirming like worms now that the heat is on.

The guy doesn't even live in cali anymore, which is prob why his imdb hasn't shown any significant work in many yrs. His IP is virginia, and all info points back to that general area! Busted!!!

I suppose I assumed everyone on this planet knew about Segal. Then I realize most other people live in "normal" places.

Scratch that scab and a river of pus will flow. Common knowledge in Howood = Segal was a very legit dojo master who trained Ovitz in the 80s in martial arts and Asian culture. Ovitz made him a mega star. Then Segal teams up with Julius Nasso (whose alleged mob ties are skeevy as hell and added to Segal's attitude). So after Segal rapes and pillages the earth, he sets off this entire dead-fish-on-the-windshield hellstorm with journo/writer Anita Busch, which involved Anthony Pellicano. Which led to HIS undoing, and that of director John McT. as well. Yet Segal walked away without a nick.

Yes, Segal was married to Kelly LeBrock. Kelly was once a very, very sweet/funny/smart woman who used to be a total riot who would do anything to help a stranger. She could also cheat you out of your boxers at poker and make you enjoy it. I'll NEVER understand how/why she ended up with Hong Kong Fooey.

Segal's a monster. If you took Hitler, Idi Amin, Joseph Kony, and John Wayne Gacy - rolled them all up into one being, stuffed him into a Mark David Chapman creepy-fat-suit...that creation would STILL look like a loveable Snufalufagus next to Segal.

But that's just my opinion. Mine, and a million others. What I'd really love to read would be Tom Arnold's opinion on Segal. I've heard it's quite colorful for some specific reasons.
