Daycare centers, elementary schools, youth camps - all perfect places for predators. That doesn't mean that predators are at every daycare center, or that every child who passes through one has been molested. In a similar vein, I don't see anything that would indicate that a production company, which has very deep pockets, and a lot to lose, would be a hotbed of predators.

I don't see anything substantive to back up any of these stories about Perlman, Fergie, and Morisette.

In Perlman's case, it appears that the anonymous people who have made allegations against him said that the conduct was committed with people who lived at Perlman's mansion, which would have made the behavior easier to commit. I don't think that Schneider guy has Nick and Disney tweeners living at his mansion.

Perlman is currently serving 25 years in jail for conviction in a Ponzi scheme. And he has been sued by former boy band clients for misrepresentation and fraud. About the only thing he hasn't been charged with is sexual misconduct. There may be some other material that I haven't seen yet, though.

ETA: I'm about halfway through the Vanity Fair article, and there are a lot of people on the record against Perlman and his behavior. I take back the assertion that there isn't a lot of evidence against him, regardless of whether he's been actually charged or not.

When Rich Cronin (RIP) of boy-band LFO was still alive, he was interviewed on Howard Stern and implied that Lou Perlman pimped out several boy band members to "music executives" and how he and his bandmates were always creeped out by him because he'd be in the nude or make weird advances towards them. He almost said Kevin Richardson's name but caught himself.

It has been over a year since I posted a comment or contributed anything to Enty. Mainly because I work in this industry and had too many close calls. Anyway - I felt compelled to crawl out of the morass to comment here (though few will read it so late in the day I guess).

I cannot and do not speak for Jodie Foster. I used to know her via Ed Limato in the old ICM days. What I do know is this: She is a total barracuda when it comes to close pals. Why? It goes back to the 80s and when John Hinckley shot Reagan all to win Jodie's love. To say it wrecked her life and career is beyond exact. The entire town closed down on her. She was in college and hoping for a comeback, that dream faded fast. Her agent dropped her and only tabloids cared for her - hounding her night and day. She almost killed herself. She tried many times.

But a few people (including Limato and his roster) saved her life and then her career. She took every shitty role offered to prove her worth, all while living in a closet. As time progressed, Limato and crew (including Gibson, Gere, Julia, Denzel, Michelle Pf., etc.) all protected her.

She cried in Mel's and Denzel's arms many nights. It took until ACCUSED and SILENCE before studio execs wanted her full time again. Back when Mel did Lethal 1 - he was the hottest star alive. It took his balls and loyalty to force execs to allow Jodie to direct on her own, and if Mel didn't force it - there would be no Lil Man Tate or anything else.

This is why the loyalty.
When Gibson made Air America - the insurance bond wouldn't cover Downey. They refused due to his refusal of a physical (due to drugs). Mel posted the completion bond from his own pocket (as in millions). Even after 50 arrests and rehabs, Mel stood by him. There would have been no more RDJr. had Mel not threatened execs at Warners if they refused to hire RDJr.

Those types of pals in this town are rare and very few. Now, as for Polanski? I do not know him.

Mel Gibson has serious issues and I have talked with him several times in the past few years. All I can say is there’s much, much more to this than anyone knows. That does not excuse him or his drinking and rants. Mel has issues and is trying to get better. I will defend him professionally as he did for me.

For two years people in town gossiped about ME being a dope head. Because I took MORPHINE every day. And Fentanyl patches (very strong). They all said I was a junkie. Some agents and execs stopped speaking to me. My movies got put into turnaround everywhere. Doors closed and invites stopped. Why? Gossip. They never knew that I had a tumor in my spine wrecking my life and killing me with pain daily. I didn't publicize it so they spread gossip. But when a film I produced earned almost a billion dollars? Suddenly they all wanted me again. Even though my tumor has gotten worse and my meds even stronger.

I still can work, am still on meds - but they all come from my oncologist and neurologist – as always. I knew the truth, as did my friends and family. But they just wanted gossip - not compassion.

Two big pals DID stand up for me and stick by me. One was Johnny Depp (who came to my house for my daughter's bday dressed as a pirate!). The other was Mel Gibson (without whom Batman Begins and Dark Knight would still be on a shelf. Though his name is not related to either. True story).

Today? I keep going. We all have to. So anyone might hold judgment until we know ALL the facts. There's always 3 sides to every story. And as MLK said: The measure of a man is how he acts when everything around him crumbles." It's also a measure of loyalty and compassion. They may be stars, but they are people too. Bless you all.

there has been ties with himmmm to legendary pictures, this has been pointed out many times. so i was looking at legendary pictures list of movies and they burst on the scene with superman returns in 2006. and it grossed 400million worldwide

so for some reason while looking at all of this i have thought that superman returns is a key movie in figuring out who some of this and the tie with legendary etc.

the other part is the spine tumor and the meds. but it says he didn't publicize to people even though it may have been hurting his career, so it'd be hard to find info on this, but while researching all of the producers for superman returns. I came across this on jon peters...

In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Peters claims his former lawyer, Ronald Grigg, stole from him and committed "fraudulent, deceitful and criminal acts." Oh yes, Peters also claims Grigg drugged two intoxicated women with "Special K" and then had sexual intercourse on Peters' property.

Peters claims he hired Grigg back in 2006 at a salary of $225,000 a year. At around the same time Peters became seriously ill, had several surgeries -- one to remove a tumor -- was under heavy medication and "vulnerable." He claims Grigg then went on a campaign of deceit -- appointing himself Prez of Peters' production company and hiring a $60,000-a-year assistant on Peters' dime who did unrelated legal work for Grigg.

Peters claims Grigg stole his computers which contained lots of confidential info about Peters' film business. Peters also says Grigg exposed him to lots of "fabricated legal actions that arose from a conspiracy of disgruntled individuals."

As for the whole date rape allegation, Peters wasn't specific, other than to allege the two women were wasted when Grigg allegedly drugged them.

Peters is suing for unspecified damages. Grigg could not immediately be reached for comment.

I am a huge, huge Chris Cornell fan and a Cdan reader(since my three year old was a newborn) and the Himmm account has made numerous references to CC. Anyhow, aside from the usual questions I was wondering how they related back.

So, while searching around I did find this info and don't know if it's been posted yet, though the TG theory has been swirling around for some time these details were in a random blog comment section.

Oh, fwiw, I think Enty is a woman or has a woman writing at times, just my hunch.

If anything, that Griffin guy might be behind it all and making up the other "personas". IDK, but I highly doubt some A-lister is writing this. And like others said, himmmm comes off as bittter sometimes and little too full of himself at other times.

I don't know why it's down. I really liked that site, too! A couple of people had suggested that maybe Talley is actually the person running CDAN.


I don't understand how this Talley guy is *really* tied into all of this.
I can't find one single thing on the internet about him recently...no posts anywhere, no pictures (and I've scoured his family's facebooks as best I can), and certainly nothing to support that he's really been in the Hollywood scene in recent years in any way at all.
The last item I can find regarding him is a charge in 2008 for prescription fraud. If you Google "Talley Andress Griffith" you'll see it.
