Good point, that is the same pic I saw and assumed they were there together. However, I did see a clip on ET or something when a guy came up and kissed her on the neck and she sorta freaked and said "Where is Ben".

Some couple that was at an Oscar party (and not necessarily the actual event) that he drinks, and she nags. Hell, that's all of em.

I like the Diane Lane & Josh Brolin guess. I remember Lainey saying when he was at TIFF last fall, he didn't discourage away any female attention when he was at the bar by saying that he was married.

Besides, wasn't there a blind item somewhere else about a married pair of actors arguing in her trailer while she was working and her coworker actor said that she clearly had "problems." I think I remember a guess being this happened on the second film that Gere and Lane filmed together.

I thought they were already busted up? Or at least past the arguing over whether to have children or not part. Whatever's up with their relationship has been wrong for a good while; I remember Ted at E! has been dropping hints for a while now. They should be at the "do we divorce now or later" stage.
