Could this be Jonathan Rhys Meyers? His Mom just passed away and was recently in rehab.

^^ OOOH! Good guess. He hadn't even crossed my mind and she is always referring to him being sweaty and heroin-junkie-ish.

I agree that it may be Emile Hirsch. Lainey has stated at least three times that it's NOT Sean Penn so I take that to be someone close to him or at least in his latest film. The other person may be Vince Vaughn since he was in some Santa movie this past year and Sean's Into the Wild. I'm probably way off but thought I'd throw that out.

I think JRM has appeared as a junkie in the past, which nixes him for this.

Remember when he won a Golden Globe for playing Elvis? He was clearly on something on national/international television.

Hihi, can't believe you guys are still trying to solve this one.
It's okay, carry on, I'm obsessed, too.

That's a good guess, Lainey already ruled Elijah out though.

So am I, damnit. I really want to know who this person is.
I'm still thinking it's Gael Garcia Bernal so, & until Lainey rules him out, I'm on that train.

PS. Jamie Foxx doesn't have a staff problem.

I still want to know the answer to this one! My vote, as much as it pains me, is for Emile Hirsch. I like him very much as an actor, so I was dissapointed by Lainey's comments about him . Here is my reasoning:
1.) In her previous post about Emile, Lainey noted how his ego was growing by the day. This fits with the BI comments about the guy who is so brazen that he carries his stash is his pocket at the airport.
2.) Lainey also noted that the person should know better as they witnessed something tragic (or along those lines). Emile Hirsch was in Lords of Dogtown with Heath Ledger and they remained close. In fact, Emile was at Heath's funeral recently.
3.) Then, the fact that Lainey continues to mention that it's NOT Sean Penn over and over is a clue. Not only did Emile work with Sean Penn in Into the Wild, but his current project is "Milk" starring...Sean Penn. That film is currently filming in New York.
That's my 2 cents.

^ever hear anything regarding Emile's activism? I've never heard anything regarding that matter as it would pertain to him.

Not Emile's personal activism but his role in Milk (which is a true story) is Cleve Jones who was a gay rights activist. A large aspect of the film deals with activism/etc., so I think it stills fits for him, unfortunately.
