Ha ha ha. Someone who's been over the rainbow and it ain't all it's cracked up to be (Beware of falling houses GMD)! It's apparent it ain't all that since he hasn't seen any seas parted or locusts smiting their enemies. Shit they can't even make and distribute a GOOD movie. My money's on Moses and the original OT group - they MADE it happen.
BTW I caught that snippet where tommygirl got squirted in the face with the old water in the face gag using a microphone and was going to press assault charges against the guy who did it. He said something really stupid like "here I was giving you my time and signing autographs for you". I would have been like dude it really doesn't matter if you don't but you are seriously whacked! First he jumps like a 7 year old on a couch on national TV professing devotion to some chick half his age he met three weeks earlier and then gets all ballistic when someone squirts a little water on him. What is he the wicked witch of the West's brother?

Fortfunfrau - Don't let rude folks keep you from posting, some can be bullies (don't be mean anonymouse).
I'm no expert, but I think a "win" is when a Scientolonut pays enough $$ to move to the next level OR it's when they hoodwonk someone to sign up. I'm not quite sure which.

Geez that Jason Beghe interview is just the flip side of GMD's. Don't these effing people speak English? I found that as disturbing as any other one I've seen.

Cruise book ditched by UK publishers
Monday, April 14 2008, 11:17 BST
By Alex Fletcher, Entertainment Reporter
Rex Features
Andrew Morton's unauthorised biography of Tom Cruise will not be published in the UK.
Macmillan said the the book was not a "good read" after omitting potentially libelous segments due to criticism from the Church of Scientology.
The book was released in America earlier this year amid controversy and reached the top of several bestseller lists.
A Macmillan source told the Daily Telegraph: "Although it was published in America, Cruise had so many complaints that by the time our lawyers had been through it, there was nothing left but red ink.
"We have explored every possible option, but have concluded that once the potentially defamatory sections are taken out, there is not enough left to make a good read.
"Understandably, Andrew is very upset, but apparently he thinks that he may have more luck with another publisher. Good luck to him."
The writer and US publishers St Martin's Press have been threatened with legal action, but the case has not been taken to court.
The book includes allegations that Cruise is the second-in-command in the Church and that he is consulted on every matter of planning and policy.
Morton also suggests that the Hollywood star picks his romantic relationships and movies to benefit the organisation's aims.

It looks like the libel laws are more stringent here in the UK than in the US - but despite threatening Morton and the publishers its interesting to note that they have not fully sued them.

Morton took a long time to get his ducks in a row concerning the book and Cruise. He really wanted to make it as sue-proof as he could. Looks like he did a pretty good job.

Sorry, but this story is really starting to disappoint me. I wait and wait for an update, and then nothing happens in the article, it only makes promises.

This seems to be flying under the radar, but so far I've seen two site reporting that Connor, GMD's adopted son with Kidman, is going to make his debute in Spielburg's movie Trial of the Chicago 7:
Cruise and Kidman's son lands movie role - KOIN.com
Connor Cruise Lands a Role in Spielberg Movie
I don't know what to think about this development if it's real. Also, is Will Smith really in this film? If so, could COS be using him against Mr. Moviemaker too since his wife is one of them, and he's been oh so smart to be quiet about if he is or isn't?
