AnonMouse, checking in again after catching up. For reference, no, I cannot attend the protests since I'd be about as easy to ID as a cow in a cornfield, but I am supporting online with news-spreading. Here's what I know so far:
1. Next protest is on the 12th of April, and will focus on COS's disconnect policy, which is that they force members to stop talking to outsiders including their own family or else leave the church. There's more information on this at
Ex-Scientology Kids
2. If you haven't be noticing the past few days, there's been increasing reports of Katie's unhappiness of life with Mr. Moviestar and the church of strong believers.
3. On top of this, last week I think, there was a battle in the tabloids over
Will Smith, is he a Scientologist or isn't he. His wife sure it thanks to Mr Moviestar, yet there's rumors Sony ordered him to deny MSNBC's story on it, and pressured to kill it, and then MSNBC denied any pressure as well. Look on Defamer for the whole ordeal. Moral of this story, everyone's distancing themselves from the church of strong believers.
4. Remember back to what I said about COS members always needing a scapegoat for their problems.
Kate Capshaw is Moviestar's scapegoat for his inability to understand Spielburg's love for his wife. Keep that in your head while reading all this since it's their clear motive
5.
Kate Capshaw isn't the only victim of COS's currently with the Anon movement breathing down it's neck. With the net being Anon's home court, they can't win online, even with all their high production propaganga. Their anonyomousexposed accounts on youtube got canned after they started posting the id's of Anon's in RL online there in vids, including libeling them as terrorists. There's a court case in the making of the outted Anon's going against the church with a shark lawyer who's dealt with the Scientologists before, and won, representing them. There's also rumors of the ACLU involved with it.
6. One of the Anons in the case was also arrested on the 15th before he could get to the protests on the charge of "criminal threats". This, of course, is BS stemming from the murder of a neighbor cat he was caring for. Someone poisoned the dry food he left out with ammonia. He then posted about it online and stated he had registered guns and if anyone entered his home he had a right to defend himself. Criminal threats, huh? He's out on bail and his court date is the 9th.
7. The media has been stepping up it's reporting of the movements against Scientology. ABC News ran a story on it yesterday, Nightline also interviewed Jenna Miscavage Hill, niece of David Miscavage, the leader of Scientology, which will run soon, and she ain't got nothing nice to say. Radar Online has it on their front page for April along with tons on articles. Oh, and Glosslip, a gossip blog, will be running an interview with Andrew Morton, talking about all the recent movements. Oh, and did I mention and of COS's OT level manuals, the ones people pay thousands of dollar for and in all their Xenu glory, are on
http://www.wikileaks.org for free?
8. All this said, no, I don't think any of this is Spielburg's doing unless he's the one that started it all with the infamous call to arms video on youtube or the leak of the nutty
Tom Cruise video to youtube and Gawker. The latter is the less tinfoil hatty idea than the former, I mean, it is possible. That video and COS's censorship of it was the first domino to fall in this chain of events, but the old critics of Scientology all believe it was someone else who leaked it, someone who spoke to Morton and timed the release of it with his book.
My personal opinion, this is all COS's karma over the years finally coming to a head and stacking up one on top of the other in crazy coincidences. It's not all planned, it's just happening, and the more people talk about it, the further the truth is getting out there. Spielburg should be so lucky his war with Tom is happening now, any other time the COS would be all over him by now, but they got their hands full with members leaving, Anon's everywhere, and the local orgs cash flow drying up. Today, someone leaked a document that COS's org in Santa Ana is three months behind on it's rent, and 8 days away from being evicted.
I think I smell a change in the wind.
