This may be involved with Anonymous but I doubt it. The power players in Hollywood could give TONS of media attention to the protests and they haven't. I think the Anonymous movement was just a lucky coincidence - lord knows there are a whole LOT of reasons to dislike CO$ that don't have anything to do with Midgie Tom.

I'm guessing the trick Spiel won't play is revealing the true identity of Suri's father (and age, ha) but he needs to get over his moral rectitude because it's going to come out anyway.

I'm also guessing the card he did play has to do with a little thing called the US Government - you know, the people who haven't been getting taxes from these ass clowns? I am pretty sure there are people in the Govt that have been drooling to take the CO$ down for AGES and the armor is finally weak enough they can do it.

Let's face it, the fair game policy worked when they only had to deal with one significant attack at a time. But if they have the IRS, the FBI, Anonymous, and the Hollywood Power Players against them, who the hell are they going to blackmail? OSA ain't THAT big.

And then of course there's an entire industry of Psychologists who are well tired of CO$ bullshit and wouldn't mind joining the fray, not to mention all of the ex-members, the people who have lost their family to Sea Org, those of us who are anti-cult in general... methinks CO$ could use some friends right now. And no, Will and Jada don't cut it. LOL

I think your right- And I think the house of cards that is holding up the CO$ is going to collapse soon. I also think timing is going to be a huge factor- perhaps when Tommy boy will start to pimp out his Nazi movie. And I find it interesting that Suri hasnt been since months - when before they had no problem displaying her to the public.

Yeah, they did back on Saturday the 15th (Ides of March). I haven't looked for much info on it, but I've seen a couple videos on YouTube. They're there if you curious.

Oh, I CANNOT wait for Tommy Boy to do the press rounds this fall! I think there is going to be a lot of good entertainment coming from that. What reporter won't ask him some questions about his biography and Anonymous. You know they're all dying to ask him questions and see if he can contain himself. I don't believe he can walk the tight rope as well as he used to in the past. The publicist/Scientologist working on promotion for that movie has their work cut out for them!

Umm, I live in Kentucky. London is a small town, population around 15,000 people. The newspaper is a small independent paper with all local news reporters. No offense to anyone in London, KY...I grew up in the next town over, but they are not running stories on hollywood gossip and celebrity power struggles, nor do I think any of the local reporters would be connected enough with anyone outside the immediate area to be able to get a "scoop" on a story like this, much less triangulate such a complicated story with this many sources. They do however run stories on what was preached in the local church on Sunday and who is winning in Kentucky high school sports.

The Sentinel, however, is the 8th largest newspaper in Great Brittain. The sourcing for this story is suspect, but I enjoy reading it none the less. My conspiracy theory mind suspects that this thread is part of the war itself. We are all part of the plan. We gossip about CO$, we keep the story going...maybe even CO$ is planting this to see how people react, to see what folks are thinking and use that information to plan their next move. Then again, sometimes I think I may be crazy. Just saying.

Str8_uncut-jock, thanks for the info on Kentucky papers. But you're wrong about the Sentinel being the UK's eighth largest newspaper. It most certainly isn't. (I believe there's a Sentinel newspaper in the Staffordshire area, but it's nothing to do with London, and it's nowhere near as large as, say, a Manchester paper.) The origin of this story is a mystery to most of us, but it's delicious nevertheless and I don't want it to end. On the other hand, if it's all fiction - oh, I don't want to think about that. It spoils all the fun. Mogwai, please don't stop posting!

I won't stop posting as long as she keeps sending me stories. I'm loving the story to much myself, so not to worry

To eobane : She only has a old crampy ( and very slow -lol) computer and no scanner. I could ask her to scan it at an internet cafe I guess, but I don't wanna push it. Like I said I'm much too eager to have her continue sending me these stories.

I know her well enough to know for myself she would not have sent me this is she does not consider the source of it credible enough. I know this does not really help you, but it's the best I can do for now.

In some ways I think who ever is leaking this stories to the paper- its definitely a good way to get the story out. Say if it was leaked by a big gossip blog then whoever is facing the brunt which is the CO$ they would sooner or later try to shut it down. Especially since the BI is piss easy to guess- another thing its a fantastic way to spread this story around without knowing the source since we are discussing where its from. I really think this is from Spielberg's camp- its imaginative and very sneaky- the CO$ does not do subtle.
