My guess for the band is Red Hot Chili Peppers. I looked at the Coachella lineup and they sounded like the biggest band there.
And I don't think Lilo is A+, but Drew is, although I don't see her gangbanging. Two guys at once, maybe, but 4 in a row? That's some mighty impressive sluttiness there.

wasn't the Coachella festival. Blind Item says 20 groups appeared. 37 groups appeared at Coachella on four stages. Too hard to pick out a headliner. And the group is new to being a headliner: "The band was really excited though because they had not been headliners long"
Furthermore, the BI said A+ actress - didn't say two A+ actresses. If it was Drew and Cameron, Cameron's status would have been mentioned as well.

No way was it the Peppers. The blind said it was a band that hadn't been headlining for long, RHCP have been around for over a decade.
