Actually, Keifer filed for divorce from his second wife in 2006. I'm not sure when or if it was finalized. He does seem like he's still A list just because of his show, but that's only A list for TV. He's certainly not A list for movies anymore.

no he didnt. he filed in 1996 and has dated the same woman for a long time, check IMDB. well another site says divorce in 2004. either way, is 3 yrs recent? and he's making a 24 movie and since hes A list on tv, why wouldnt he be A list in movies? its quite the opposite. many successful tv actors have made successful transitions into movies simply because they have a huge fan base.

I am going to guess James Spader on this one. He was divorced in 2004 after 17 years and two kids.

wikipedia said James Caan divorced in 2005. Spader and Keifer are awesome choices, too. But Caan is the only one of the 3 who was definately A list ... back in the day. Kiefer had his day but I'd never call him A list movie star. Now A list tabloid fodder ... yeppers! 
And Spader seems like a cool dude. The BI said the star is no longer A list, which I think means even in television. Spader and Sutherland have emmys and cred. Caan is on a lame show ... far cry from Godfather, heck even from Honeymoon in Vegas!! lol

I think this is James Caan...according to IMDB, they only filed for divorce, but it's probably just recently become finalized. WireImage shows a photo of him and his family dated 04/22/07...so this all sounds like it happened recently.

So, acording to IMDB he's been married to the same woman since 1996, but he has filed for divorce? I'm not sure how current this info is, but it still leaves the door open for this to be him.

IMDb is usually very good at keeping up to date with this sort of thing. It does say he was married to Kelly Winn in 1996 and filed for divorce - which I took to mean they are in the process of divorcing.
It is a good guess.

I'm going with James Caan on this too. Because I checked IMDB, and it says that he married his wife Linda Stokes in October of 95 and that they were married up until the present, but filed for divorce. Plus it says that he holds a black belt in karate, and that for a while back in the 80's he dropped out of the spotlight because of some 'personal conflicts.'
God, I've got too much free time on my hands right now.

James Caan wouldn't have surprised me as much. Wasn't he in that book that was written maybe 10 years ago by prostitutes in Hollywood. What was it called? I think it was something like You'll Never Make Love in this Town Again.
Whoever this is has a reputation for being nice and friendly, not temperamental of impulsive. Kiefer has been rumored to be a drinker, so that would not be as shocking. Wasn't Caan a drinker?
Maybe we are overlooking someone here.
