Going on record here, I think Crisp Lisp is...sorry....Joaquin. And here's why: He has a scar from his cleft lip right?? He was nominated for an Oscar, he isn't known to be a big partier, so for him to be out and about is different for him. As far as having a detractor or three: he allegedly has 3 girlfriends. He played a 'cool' role in 'Walk the Line' as noted by Ted saying he's cooler than TT.. He's not new to Hollywood....but he's relatively new to superstardom.
And the list goes on...
I think its Joaquin....*runs and hides in corner in anticipation of beatings*

I too thought of Joaquin Phoenix. He was with his mother and sister on the red carpet, but this says he "went to the biggest bash" AFTER the Oscars with his "date".

I could be wrong, but I don't think it's Joaquin. He's got a big ole' rep growing for being a manwhore around H'wood and I don't really get that gay vibe from him. I could be wrong though, but I have pretty good 'gaydar' (according to Joey, one of my BFF's who is gay, he tells me that all of the time)  Or it could be due to my insane crush on Joaq... 
Meh, if it's Joaquin, wouldn't ever change my opinion on his acting genius...and the fact that he's beyond all sorts of HOT hot HOT!

I think CL is Joaquin. I DO get a gay vibe there. He's been around in Hollywood for a long time, but only recently has he been real A Lister party material. If Clooney was spotted holding hands and batting his eyelashes at a guy I'm sure it would be ALL over the net by now.
These huge parties must have armies of minimum wage serving staff. If something juicy was going on surely one of them would earn some serious $$ by tipping off the press?
