Tara is a good guess...I checked imdb. Looks like she's had a few direct-to-dvd releases in the past few years. Anna Nicole doesn't.

I don't know, Tara seems too fat to be a drug addict. She's an alcoholic. On the other hand, that depends on the drug.
Natasha Lyon's addiction is no blind item material, everyone know about it.
I can totally see Anna Nicole Smith as an addict though.
