if you have an under the muscle boob job then they have to cut the milk ducts. only over the muscle keeps them intact.

Whoa that sucks for Brit-Brit, she didn't need a boob job in the first place... Although, are you sure it's Britney? Only her boobies SAGGED majorly when she was pregnant because she didn't wear a bra, those things looked real as anything. It can't be as simple as she got them removed either....I think it might be someone else..

I thought Brit's nannies talked about how she stayed out all night partying and left her son without breastmilk, and also that she was drinking while breastfeeding. Not saying she didn't have a boob job, but she may not be our girl!
