From an article entitled "Who's Really Cheating" in this week's In Touch Magazine:

#1 - I don't know who the chick is but I bet the two guys are Ed Westwick and the other not-gay one from Gossip Girl (not Chace Crawford...the one who plays Dan). I don't think the actress is SJP since it implies the person is just in a relationship, not married. Plus I think the "Sex In the City" part would be too obvious. I think it's someone younger.
On a side note, I wouldn't really call making out with one guy and then sleeping with the other "an orgy".
