I don't care what she says to the press, KT Tunstall is an uberdyke. I haven't come across a singer in recent memory who's pinged so goddamn much. Give it up KT, you're one of us, I don't buy that whole dating your drummer thing at all.

I second the KT Tunstall guess. Thought it was pretty obvious what most of her music is about (other chicks...)? I was under the impression that "Suddenly I See" was about a lesbian she met who made her understand that she was one, too??

"Striking" might be a clue. Rather than describing her looks, it could describe something about her such as her name or the title of one of her songs or albums.

According to Wikipedia (which quotes an interview with her), the song was about KT realizing she wanted to be a singer after looking at a Patti Smith album cover.

The 'striking' reference could also mean she did a Naomi and belted someone. Have any singers - besides Amy - lashed out recently?
