Full Disclosure 05/11/08/08
NY DAILY NEWS/FULL DISCLOSURE
1. Which music-producing superstar recently had his nether regions pierced in hopes of increasing his, you know, sensation?
2. Which formerly awesome Major League pitcher can the blame loss of shoulder strength on years of smoking pot and one drug-addled incident where he had to carry a passed-out date up three flights of stairs? His fastball hasn't been the same since.

I never heard of pot causing loss of muscle strength either. Maybe indirectly, if it makes one too lazy to go work out!

I think #2 should have been written:
" 2. Which formerly awesome Major League pitcher can the blame loss of shoulder strength on one drug-addled incident where he had to carry a passed-out date up three flights of stairs? His fastball hasn't been the same since. And he's a total pothead."
The pot didn't cause shoulder problems, but the writer probably wanted to throw that tidbit in too and ended up writing it badly. As for the answer, I don't follow baseball much, but with the source being NY, I'd guess it's a guy who spend time with the Mets or Yankees.

#2 would have to be a pitcher... Everyone knows pot destroys muscle tissue and it makes people go crazy and jump out windows.

I think they're saying he was formerly awesome (but not anymore) not a "former" player.
