I don't think Billy Ray Cyrus or Bruce Willis are "troubled". Maybe Michael Lohan, though his troubles seem to be behind him.

I think it's Bruce Willis all the way. He's always been a wild man, that's what he's famous for. He jumps from woman to woman, acts too young for his age and Rumor is definitely considered a 'starlet' at this point. I have creepy visions of them doing drugs together too, so I can totally seem him as the type of dad who would do this.
