According to IMDB, Nadine Velazquez was born in Chicago.

I've just been looking at pictures of all of those and none really stand out. I'd go for Julia Stiles or Diane Kruger, but it's so hard to tell. Cameron Richardson's hair looks a little wig like, but I'd never call her B list. I really don't think it's Kirsten Dunst though.

Not always. With Alopecia you can just lose hair on your head.
